Dr berg! I Can’t find the video you made but it talks about which type of fish to eat. I know that Wild caught salmon is best, but when eating tuna is it better to not eat albacore? Or was that the one that is better to eat?
Dr Berg, you can make liver a lot more pleasant to eat buy soaking in lemon juice for 20 minutes. It makes a huge difference and no need to avoid it. From Daniel.
