  2. Im about as far from brown as it gets. Lol. But I do have ptsd and panic disorder. Have for 15+ years. Some periods are better than others. I am on meds and see a therapist and psychiatrist. I very much struggle with self care and cleaning. Im very good (and I think give most of my energy) to caring for others. Idk why I am like this and really not sure how to change so I can want to care for myself even half as well as I do for others. My 95 year old grandma has had two serious falls this year and endometrial cancer. Guess with my Healthcare background family kind of just let me step up and handle the medical aspects of her care. Doc appts, meds etc. Ever since end of March it’s been one thing after another after another.
