  1. I feel like this is one of those books people will start talking about everywhere in a few months… the book Rediscover Your Manifestation by Nora Calden is lowkey too good to stay unnoticed.

  2. We don’t always notice our success. We are so hard on ourselves that we are critical and doubtful of ourselves. Success doesn’t have to be on a large scale. It’s the little successes that matter most. Being productive and constructive improves mental health, also because you are challenging limitations and setbacks. Recognising little successes creates more fulfillment and it takes you out of your comfort zone, preventing complacency. The better you function, the more you practice a healthy mindset, the more your mental health improves. Remember to declutter the psyche to facilitate room for growth and development. Recognise how far you’ve come and how much stronger you have become.- My perspective as a mental health professional. You are unique and valuable. You are worthy of recovery and you are worthy of a healthy mind. I value you and your mental health ❀❀❀

  3. Wait so your emotional needs and mental health take a back seat to other people’s issues and problems. You help them with theirs , but no one is helping you.
    Sure, recipe for success.

  4. These people are a joke so basically what are they doing paying for attention to get on my feed
