Take five minutes to find a balance of breath and body as you get in the right headspace to relieve stress and calm anxiety. You can find presence and peace, calm and aware, and it only takes just these five minutes (with a little extra music to bring it closer to six minutes in total).
Let the ambient music and guiding voice calm your nerves and bring daily healing. Try this guided session in the morning, before sleep, or at any time throughout the day. Peace to you! š§

I love your voice Nate and this is my favorite meditation but sometimes I really feel the need via your longer version which I seem unable to locate. Does it have a different name please šš» Sheila
This video has helped me in kind of a weird way. I’ve had two scenarios over the past 8 months where my throat just tightens up, and I can’t eat anything. The first time was a bad stomach bug, now its my wisdom teeth. It may just be being stuck on bland food, but this is the one thing I’ve found to calm myself down. Thank you ā¤
